    Loria and her family were gripped by the Channel 4 Show “Compare your life” where Longcroft was featured as one of the “perfect lives” on offer! Loria said, “Watching the TV show was a real roller coaster. I was bursting with excitement as my dream job was potentially going to become a reality.”

    They felt that joining the already successful Longcroft team could truly transform their lives as it embraced their passion for cats and desire for a better work life balance allowing them to offer the same level of care they had wanted but couldn’t find for their own beloved cats Tippy and Tyson the tabbies and Bluetooth the British Shorthair.

    "After 35 years of working with young children it's time for me to give that love to cats. I have a lot of patience and a naturally caring personality having had a role at work nurturing young deaf children. I love teaching but need a new direction in life. I feel ready to walk away from the classroom and into my garden to be with my fur babies."

    It was clear just how happy our ragdoll was with Loria.

    We are so incredibly grateful to Loria for looking after our indoor Ragdoll for two weeks while we were away. We have an extremely relational cat and it was obvious that she'd had all the contact she needed! The pictures we received were delightful and it was clear from them just how happy the cat was with Loria. We will definitely be using Loria again and can recommend her without hesitation!

    It was my first time keeping my cat at Longcroft cat hotel and it was the best decision I made. Loria was such a great host and took great care of my cat while I was away.     I resently took by two lovely cats to stay at Longcroft with the lovely Loria, on arrival they were both stressed which was to be expected as they have never stayed away from home unless they have been unwell and stayed at the vets.Loria put me at easy and told me they would take a couple of days to de-stresses so I went on my way. I received lovely emails from Loria and photos of my babies which was comforting.The Cabin they stayed in was roomy clean and full of comfort for them. When I collected them 10 days later they looked just as well as they day I dropped them off. On returning home they were very happy and I could see that they had eaten well, looked after just as I would look after them. I can highly recommend this lovely cattery and Loria. Will use them again.

    They care... and at the end of the day, it is all that matters to me.I have used different cattery / hotels for our little boy, Dexie, over the years, and have gained some experience on how to identify a good one. I can say with absolute confidence that Longcroft - Barnet is by far the best I have seen.The hotel is run by Loria, who is a wonderful and caring person. She kept us up-to-date about our kitty from the get-go, emailed us photos and updated us on how he was doing on a daily basis.Ours is an indoors cat. I could see that - although a bit afraid upon arrival - he soon calmed down and started to enjoy himself and his little holiday. He was kept in a specious enclosure with a beautiful bed, toys, a huge window to the garden to watch the birds, and a fairly big cat tree. He also enjoyed human interaction, one-to-one play time, and the best treats and grooming products in market.Dexoe was happy and calm when he returned home. He was not stressed, dishevelled, or afraid. He smelled great, was clean, brushed, well-fed, and somehow even softer than he used to be. Not to mention that he got a wonderful goody bag full of treats and toys, with which both he and I love to play. I definitely think he would have liked to stay longer!Thank you Loria.

    Would highly recommend Longcroft East Barnet. We left our shy cat Pepper for three weeks and it was the first time he had been away from home so I was terrified about leaving him! Loria was wonderful at putting us both at ease, sending us regular photos and updates and she did a wonderful job of getting Pepper out of his shell and getting him to play with her. He seemed perfectly calm when he came back and he even got to take home some toys that he loved! We will definitely use Longcroft again.

    I am so grateful to Loria for taking such great care of our boy Cooper while we took a much delayed trip to Japan.It’s hard to find accommodation for a cat with FIV, but after checking with Longcroft, Loria was happy to take him. She was extremely kind and patient when he arrived in a messed carrier (he doesn’t travel well) and this took a lot of the stress away from us. I think the job must be just as much about reassuring cat parents as it is looking after the cats, and Loria has this down.Cooper was with her for almost 3 weeks and I know he was so well looked after. Accommodations were ample and spotless! He loved being pampered and making the most of his cat tree.On the one occasion he wasn’t quite himself, Loria noticed straight away (I’m not sure the same would have been true with a larger cattery) and got in touch. Thankfully he was back to normal the next day, but I really appreciated knowing he was with someone who noticed and cared.We loved getting pictures every couple of days - very comforting when you’re far away, and he always looked so happy and well groomed.I was almost worried he wouldn’t want to come home!

    This was our first time leaving our cat in a cat hotel and we went with Longcroft because of the excellent reviews and the service that was on offer. I’m so glad we did! Loria spoiled our cat and took photos every other day. It really put our mind at ease that he was being looked after well and wasn’t in a cramped cage like a cattery. The rooms are really spacious and more than enough for a single cat. He was played with everyday and well fed. Could not have asked for more.

    This was the first time we left our 17 month old BSH Simba and 7 month old Duchess and we were obviously a little anxious. Loria put us at ease with regular updates whilst we were away and lots of photos of them enjoying the cat tree or playing with Loria. The facility is very clean and because there are only 7 pens the cats get that extra attention like they have at home. Would definitely recommend.

    I didn’t really want to write this review because I’d like to keep Loria and the Longcroft Luxury Hotel a secret! Our 6 month old kittens came to stay with Loria for a week and they had a wonderful time. They were looked after so beautifully. Loria is such a lovely, gentle and kind person and she looked after our girls as if they were her own. I can’t recommend the place and Loria more highly. I will definitely be booking again!     Loria looked after our two Ragdolls last month for the first time and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our babies while we were on holiday. She sent us pictures every single day, not just one picture but multiple and videos! It really gave us piece of mind that they were being looked after and groomed/played with every day.Loria is absolutely lovely,genuinely cares for the cats she looks after and when we picked them up she even gave us a goody bag of toys and treats to take home which was a nice touch. We highly recommend Loria and Longcroft!!

    I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!

    It was only the second time in five years that I had left Hank and Margot alone and not at our house and so I was feeling extremely anxious about leaving them. When I stumbled upon Longcroft doing my research online, I was immediately comforted by the description of the rooms and the high quality of care given to the cat guests.Even before their stay, Loria was extremely responsive to my questions, as well as caring and patient. The phone was answered promptly and emails responded to swiftly.As the big day arrived, I was feeling even more anxious, however I shouldn’t have been as Hank and Margot were in excellent and loving hands. As expected, they took a little while to settle, but by the time we arrived back the third day (they stayed two half days and a full day) they seem super relaxed and confident. And when we got home there was NO cold shoulder (both me and my husband were completely surprised about this fact). I think that they both knew that we had left them with someone who simply adored cats and therefore they were fine.The room where they stayed together (The Bonsai Room) was SPOTLESS! No hair and not even the faintest whiff of cat.I really appreciated the excellent email reports and photographs Loria sent to me. It was lovely to see them both being played with and petted. And Hank even had a lovely brush! We left with two very well adjusted cats (who had clearly not ensured any stress) and a beautiful cloth goodie bag filled with toys and treats.I can’t tell you how delighted I was with the service. Knowing that Loria was caring for them both to such a high standard, I could relax and enjoy my trip. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel, East Barnet.

    What a wonderful place! We had taken our lovely boys to a different hotel not too far from here before and it was nowhere near this experience. Loria is simply fantastic. She is everything you would want in someone looking after your cat whilst you are on holiday. The facilities are spotless, and she clearly loves each and every cat as if they are her own. We received daily updates and photos of our boys unprompted. They clearly had a great time (peanut didn't want to leave !!) and settled back home very quickly. We even received a little treat bag when we left , the small touches were above and beyond. I wouldn't doubt recommending or returning. Loria , you are FABULOUS!!! Scared to recommend too much in case we can't get space next time ;)

    Our cats stayed at the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel East Barnet for the first time recently, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience in every possible way. Loria is wonderful with both cats and their owners, attentive to the smallest details, proactive and reassuring in anticipating potential questions and issues, and responsive to even the slightest concerns. Our cats settled in very quickly, Loria's regular updates and photos were hugely appreciated, and our cats were evidently very happy and relaxed by the time that we came to pick them up! We could never imagine our cats staying anywhere else now - and nor, we expect, would they!

    There is no better place than Longcroft! Our cat flew from Australia, and Loria helped coordinate her safe pick up and delivery to the cattery. After a week at Longcroft, we picked up a relaxed and happy version of our cat - quite a feat after a big trip! We’ve already used Longcroft again and definitely recommend them for total peace of mind. Daily updates, pics and brilliant communication from Loria made it all so much easier. Thank you!

I’ve never used a Cattery before and I was quite worried/missed them terribly so receiving regular updates and photos was really reassuring.     Our cat stayed at Longcroft for 2 and a half weeks while we were having building work done. Loria was amazing and looked after our cat like she was her own.     Amazing place for your furry friend 💜Longcroft East Barnet is our first cattery experience. As you can imagine, it's always a bit stressful when you have to leave your kitten for the first time! But thanks to the amazing Loria, it could not have been a better experience!I have been able to settle our kitten in his suite when I dropped him of, which was so reassuring as I have been able to see the environment he would spend the week in. The suite was super clean, cosy and very spacious!We received regular updates and photos during our kitten stay which was amazing and reassuring! We could see how our kitten was growing in confidence everyday in his new environment.When I came back to pick up our kitten, a little goodies bag with toys and treats was there for us to take back home, such a lovely attention! Our kitten seemed super well cared, his fur was still looking so shiny and he seemed really happy.Loria has been amazing and we will definitely use Longcroft East Barnet again for our next holidays! Highly recommend if you want a place where they care about your furry friend with love :)

    Loria took such good care of our 4 month old Persian kitten. This was our first time being away from him so naturally we were quite anxious. Upon meeting Loria and seeing the facilities we knew we have nothing to be concerned about and that our little boy will be in good caring hands. The multiple photos and video updates Loria sent to us spoke for itself, our kitten looked so confident and at ease under Loria’s care. He came home just as lovely and affectionate as he always was! Plus a goody bag of treats! We are very happy with the service overall. Thank you, Loria!

    My 5 year old cat Evie is a rescue and has always been very nervous around new people, usually hiding away from them. I was worried about how she would cope being looked after by someone else, but I needn’t have been! Receiving regular photos and updates from Loria really put me at ease that she was settled and relaxed. Longcroft offer such attentive, personal care. Evie had plenty of space for to play as well as being able to cosy up in the warm bedroom area. The layout is also really clever, as she could easily avoid seeing or hearing the other cats if she so chose. I wouldn’t have my cat stay anywhere else, thank you Loria xx

    My cat had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Loria, who runs the hotel was brilliant, and gave me constant updates on how my cat was doing. The facility itself is bright, spacious, and calm, and my cat settled in straight away. Will definitely check my cat in here again. I can't recommend Longcroft East Barnet highly enough.

    Can’t rate this cattery highly enough. I’ve used before with 4 of my cats but took all 10 this time as they could all be fitted in. They are not the cheapest but as the saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’ and it’s worth every penny. My cats came home happy and healthy after a 19 day stay which has not been the case when I’ve used other catteries. The pens are roomy and the ‘bedrooms’ are furnished with truly luxury beds. Loria was the perfect host and made them feel at home and even my very nervous boy was putty in her hands. The best bit about them though is the regular updates and beautiful photos you get to put your mind at rest.

    I have had cats for over 40 years and have used several catteries in the area. Longcroft in East Barnet is by far the best. I was delighted by the spacious suites, and especially the care, regular updates and photos that Loria sent. My cat showed no sign of stress on returning, and I have already booked her next holiday there.

    Our cat was really well looked after by Loria and her team! Loria was very friendly on phone and email and the cattery and business is very professional. She looked after our cat for nearly three weeks and we got regular email updates with photos, it really put my mind at ease that our cat was well cared for.     Prior to my holiday I took a great deal of time researching places for my much loved cat Izzy to stay. I would recommend anyone looking for the best care possible to look no further than Loria at Longcroft East Barnet. From the moment we visited I felt at ease. Loria clearly has a great affection for all her guests. The facilities are exceptional. Izzy loved her stay and was happy healthy and relaxed when we collected her after an 18 night stay. Whilst away, the beautiful pictures and updates sent by Loria put our minds at rest. Our fur baby was clearly having a lovely time and this allowed us to enjoy ours safe in the knowledge Izzy was in the best hands.If you want the best for your cat and peace of mind, look no further than Longcroft.     Longcroft East Barnet I would recommend this Longcroft cat hotel after a recent stay by our cat Oscar. We received regular updates and photos while we were away which put our minds at ease. On our return he settled back in at home as if he hadn’t been away.Loria really cares about her guests and takes a lot of pride in their wellbeing. We wouldn’t hesitate booking him in to stay again.

    Our two kittens were so well looked after by Loria and her team, whilst we were away getting married.     Our cats had a lovely stay and were taken great care of. We have tried other luxury cat hotels including elmtree but Longcroft is by far the best. The facilities were immaculate and they were played with regularly. Highly recommend them!!

    Loria was absolutely amazing with our Scottish Fold - Boo. We were so worried about leaving her for 3 weeks but Loria put our mind at ease and was so lovely. She sent regular photos and kept us updated throughout. When we went to pick Boo up she was so relaxed and happy. Thanks a million Loria - we wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with you again :)

    Loria is an experienced, trustworthy and loving cat person who will take very good care of your furry friend while you're away. The cats get all the attention they need there. Loria frequently updates you on how your cat is doing, with pictures attached. Nothing to complain about, the place is great and of a high standard, made our holidays absolutely worry-free!

    Our kitten Peanut stayed here during our wedding and honeymoon, and knowing she was so well looked after helped us truly relax!! Loria sent us frequent updates and photos, and even sung Peanut happy birthday on her 1st birthday. Peanut was so relaxed on the journey back home (much more than she usually is in the car) and settled back in at home instantly, even though it was the longest she'd ever been away. Couldn't recommend Longcroft Barnet more highly, especially if, like me, you worry about going away because you don't want to leave your pet. She had a fab time and even came away with a goody bag and some new favourite toys xxx

    Initially this cattery was fully booked and I wasn't too keen on taking my little Liberace to another Cattery as none I had visited felt right. He had only been to one other cattery and I wasn't at such ease with that one. Longcroft notified me that there had a been a cancellation and I was so glad. Went to visit the cattery prior to booking and the whole atmosphere was calm, the cats there were clean, comfortable and at ease. I knew I had found THE place for my Liberace. Loria was so wonderful and I could tell she genuinely loved cats and loved to make them feel at home, and to make us cat moms put at rest. The daily updates i received where phenomenal. I was such a proud cat mom looking at what he had been up to during the day, while i was away. The photos of my beautiful Liberace were so good, You almost get a mini photoshoot on the side. all in all, I cannot fault this cattery! with his goody bag that he got when I collected him, to every detail. IT IS WORTH IT. Thank you Loria! Liberace i know would love to visit you at some point again.

    4 of my cats visited for a long weekend recently. This was their first time in a cattery so it was a worrying time for them and I. However they seemed perfectly happy and I had daily photos and updates which put my mind at rest. Loria took great care of them and treats them as if they were her own. Happily taking them back in February. Highly recommended.

    Our two cats stayed earlier this year while we were on our honeymoon. They absolutely loved it and Loria was amazing sending us email updates and pictures every few days.     My two babies Hallie and Evie were so well looked after by Loria at East Barnet. Loria was so kind and kept me updated on how they were during their holiday.Loria provided so much love and care for them both. The hotel was clean and fresh. The suite was spacious and bright. When we went to pick them up, Hallie didn’t want to leave, she refused to come out of the cat tree!Thank you so much Loria! 😻

    Great peace of mind to know our cat was safe and well cared for. She enjoyed her pamper sessions and daily play time. Regular photos were really looked forward to while we were away as we were missing her. Thank you Loria for a purrrfect stay! We'll see you again - if you have space! :)

    We are very fond of our little cat and quite nervous about leaving her somewhere while we were away. We needn't have had a care in the world. From the moment we booked Loria was in touch to make sure that everything was in place for our cats stay. The accommodation itself is high-quality, roomy and delightful. Our cat came back looking rather smug and pampered, with fur 10 times softer than it usually is. She is already checking her diary from when she can stay next.If you love your furry little friend and are looking for somewhere warm and homely, run by someone with a huge amount of compassion and love, then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend.

    The service given to our cats was amazing. I never felt a need to worry - Loria and Longcroft Barnet were so great. The cat hotel was nothing like I imagined. It was totally luxurious and spacious. The cats seemed very content. They looked great when I collected them and had settled back in at home super fast. It’s like they had a great holiday themselves. Longcroft Barnet is a fabulous place to leave your cats if you want peace of mind - knowing your cats will be well looked after.

    Loria looked after our kitten so well. It was our first time leaving her, so her daily updates with photos really helped to ease our guilt and anxiety! She settled at home very quickly and looked content when we picked her up. Amazing service, thank you Loria!

    My cat was well looked after by Loria. I was sent regular updates and pictures by email which gave us peace of mind whilst we were on holiday. My cat in the past in a different cattery has not adjusted well to being away from home but when we went to pick him up he looked at ease. We were even given a little doggy- I mean catty bag with some treats and toys when we left. The prices are a little bit dear but I think you get what you pay for and I would be happy to leave my cat here again. Thanks!

    My cat Charlie stayed away from home for the first time. He couldn't have been happier and settled right back home after his stay. Loria sent regular updates and photos while he was at Longcroft which was so reassuring. She is warm and caring with cats (and owners). We will definitely be back again.

    It was the first time we left our Ziggy in a cattery and we were very worried but as soon as we met Loria and the beautiful, spacious, equipped and clean ‘suite’ with view to the garden we just relaxed and enjoyed our holiday with piece of mind.Loria kept us updated and sent us lovely photos. He came back more gorgeous than ever after all the pampering sessions.I could not recommend a better option, honestly. Longcroft is a real luxury.

    Thoroughly recommend Longcroft East Barnet, Loria was amazing - regular updates and even gave me a goodie bag to take home! Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely go back, I know Bob and Rupert enjoyed their time too! Thanks so much, fab service!!

    We highly recommended Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel East Barnet. Our two kitties were wonderfully looked after during their two week stay. There is no doubt Loria is a true cat-lover and she cared for our cats purrrfectly - including some specific dietary and medical requirements. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable for the cats. There was lots of play time and we were regularly updated whilst we were away. Thank you Loria!

    Thanks to Loria my cat (Lucy) had a lovely stay. I was sent regular WhatsApp pictures and updates. She also gave her a goody bag with lovely treats in it! Couldn’t recommend this cat hotel enough x

    We cannot rate Loria and Longcroft East Barnet highly enough! She hosted our beloved cat for 3 weeks over the winter holidays and it was clear that she provided top notch care and regular updates to show us how happy and healthy he was looking! The facilities are spotless and our cat loved his suite! Loria was able to accommodate our cat’s specific diet and she played with him and his favourite toys every day. She gave him a very generous Christmas hamper filled with treats and toys and even some treats for us humans :-) We genuinely think our cat came home better behaved and beautifully groomed.

    Our timid cat immensely enjoyed her first stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel East Barnet. On collection day, she warmly greeted us and then realised that we had come to take her away! First she made an attempt to hide away from us in the cat tower, but that plan failed and so she quickly retreated through the cat flap, to the sleeping quarters, determined to stay put at Loria's. Sadly for her, she was captured and taken home :( To clarify the situation, this was an extremely positive sign for us, as our cat has never behaved in this way before. We knew that she must have been loved and very well-cared for, as she was content, comfortable, trusting and giving Loria the 'love eyes'! We were really amazed at how happy and relaxed she appeared in the photographs Loria sent to us and surprised by the behaviours Loria detailed in her regular updates (behaviours only shared with loved ones at home!) Our cat has stayed at other lovely cat hotels, however this one was just the one for her. Thank you very much, Loria! I highly recommend this cat hotel with its comfortable quarters, reassuring updates and so much love.

    I was super nervous about my cat staying somewhere new and unknown while I was on Holiday but as soon as I met Loria my mind was at rest. Nooka had a lovely time, I got pictures and updates every day - which made me be able to enjoy my holiday more and she came back home super happy and playful. Couldn't ask for any more, will 100% be her home away from home from now on

    Longcroft East Barnet looked after our cats Bear and Mimi in October, and from start to finish it was a really first-class experience. Loria clearly loves animals and is always so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Both our cats are rescues and are very young and energetic, but quite nervous still. This was the first time we had left them for any time - but we needn't have worried, as they were pampered thoroughly and seem to have had a lovely time. We were sent lots of updates and pics and could tell they were having a good time! The rooms themselves are really lovely - clean and bright, and have been put together very thoughtfully, with the guests in mind! I cannot recommend enough!

    We were very impressed with the accommodation, cleanliness and attention to detail. Loria obviously loves cats and it was it was good to receive pictures. We opted for the a la cat menu which sounded just what our cat would go for and apparently she did! She seemed very calm both when we left her and when we picked her up. She only had a 3 night stay as a trial but we hope to book her in again soon.

    My cats are cared for wonderfully every time they stay at Longcroft, East Barnet. They enjoy the lovely food and all the attention. It is a great and safe place for your cats and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

    We boarded our two cats here for 10 days, and we were really glad to receive email updates and photos of them playing, cuddling with each other, and climbing on the cat tree. When they arrived home (we used the pick up and delivery service) they were acting totally normal, not stressed or scared. So we are very pleased, and will definitely be sending them for their own holiday with Longcroft the next time we are on our holiday. It’s nice not to have to worry about how they are getting on?!     I felt comfortable leaving my cat, Messi, in Loria's care. His room and treatment were luxury, better than he gets at home! I appreciated the photos sent to me, I could see he was chilled and content. This was a short stay and was very successful. I'll be booking again when I've booked a trip away. Many, many thanks Loria

    I have been very pleased with Longcroft, East Barnet, and would recommend their services to my friends. My furry little girl was very chilled and relaxed when I went to pick her up from her stay with Loria. This assured me that she was well cared for and attended to during on her stay. I was also cheered to receive photos and messages every few days from Loria with updates.

    I left little Michelle at Longcroft East Barnet for two weeks and she loved every second of it. She got to go on her own relaxing holiday while we were away and received constant attention and pampering. We received adorable pictures and updates every other day, which brought us a lot of comfort and reassured us that she was having a great time. We also received two e-postcards addressed from Michelle to us, telling us how her days were going. I opted for VIP spa treatments and when she came back, her long fur was so silky and shiny that it looked like she had been given a blowdry! Lastly, Michelle has asthma and needed to take medication for it, which Loria had no problem with administering. Throughout our interactions, Loria was very professional and kind, and we could see right away that she treats all of her guests with great care. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable and high quality pet accommodation.

    Stan had a wonderful luxury holiday at Longcroft. Loria took such good care of him. The suites are second to none, and the amount of time she spends looking after her guests can be seen when they come home. He looks happy, contended and his coat is sparkling. Would not hesitate in recommending Loria and Longcroft if your furry friends need a pampering retreat while you are off on your holidays!

    Loria looked after our cats, Sabrina and Martina as if they were her own. We were anxious about leaving them as we had never left them before but after seeing the facilities and talking to Loira we knew we were leaving them in good hands. We were regularly kept updated with emails and lots of photos, which we really appreciated. Loria, even made sure that they did not miss out on their birthday celebrations while we were way. I would definitely leave Sabrina and Martina with Loria again.

    Wonderful place to leave your furry loved ones, the care & attention was second to none! My boys came home from a 2 week stay with Loria totally loved & cared for.The emails with photos are brilliant .... I’ve already booked the boys in for there next stay.

    My two cats Boss and Baby seemed to have a lovely time at Longcroft, they came home looking happy and well. The personal emails with the regular updates really reassured me as to how they were doing. This was the first time I’d ever left my cats in a cattery and they are mature cats of 12 and 11 so was anxious how they would settle, but the did really well. It’s a beautiful set up and immaculately clean and would definitely recommend Loria and her cattery to everyone.Till the next time Andi ?

    My wife and i will definitely bring our furry friends back to Longcroft. It is important to us that those looking after our cats are animal lovers and Loria is full to the brim of care and consideration for the animals in her care. She focuses on ensuring each animal feels loved, which matters to us. Also, plenty of photos received daily showing our lovely moggies looking relaxed and content. Do not hesitate to bring your cats here.

    Loria was lovely and sent us daily updates and photos of both our cats. The kitties were nice and relaxed when we picked them up. We are so happy with the service and will definitely leave them with Loria again next time we go away!

    Our two cats had the time of their lives here - they had the upgraded package and it was lovely to get regular emails from Loria while we were away letting us know how they had enjoyed their treats and which toys they enjoyed playing with, as well as the lovely photos. One of them had a slight stomach upset and Loria looked after them wonderfully, keeping us informed and liaising with our vet. Arranging it all including the chauffeur service was so easy too. Thank you so much! They will be back!

    Had a wonderful dealing with Loria whilst I was away on vacation and most importantly my kitten did too. The facilities were just great, very clean, comfortable and fun environment for the cats and I was very impressed with the personal care given to my lovely Mimi.     This was the first time we had to find a cat hotel for our Freddie. I was really stressed about leaving Freddie, especially knowing how shy and nervous he can be. Loria is a lovely person born for this job, (Freddie came straight to her with his tail up which never happens with people he doesn't know). Loria was sending us updates with pictures of Freddie enjoying his holidays, so I wasn't worried about him at all! Thank you very much Loria, I'd give more than 5 stars if only it was possible :)

    Loria took amazing care of my two kitties - one of which is quite nervous and timid. Loria kept me updated on how they were getting on, with plenty of pictures, even sending me a late email to tell me my shy cat had ventured out of the cat tree! It really made my night, my partner and I were delighted. I would not hesitate to recommend Loria - she looks after the cats like they were her own and understands how hard it is to leave your cats behind. I will definitely go back to East Barnet Longcroft.     The long chain of 5* reviews here says it all but my cat loved it. Actually could tell he didn't want to leave there after a week long stay. Wonderful place for pampered cats. The business is run by a lovely lady who clearly cares for her guests.

    Wonderful experience for my cat Romy.She enjoyed so much her stay that she didn’t want to leave the last day. The place is peaceful. Loria is amazing . She took care so well of my cat , with a lot of small attention and she kept me update everyday , sending me news and pictures. I recommend this place strongly.

    Our cat Keith had a lovely stay at Longcroft in April. Despite being a very demanding and high-maintenance Savannah cat, Loria made him feel at home and sent us daily photos of him playing and relaxing. It was great to have this level of contact from Loria, as it was the first time we had left Keith alone for an extended period and we were worried about his welfare. We needn't have been, he seemed comfortable and well cared for. On our return he was immediately his normal self.

    My cat is very dear to me so I am always nervous when I have to go away. I wish I found Longcroft and Loria before hand as I felt more at ease than ever when I left her there in the best hands! Not only were the facilities fantastic, Loria was very gentle and loving to my little one and you can see she is a cat lover immediately. The attention and detail that goes in for each cat guest that stays is wonderful and I very much love the individual playtimes she gives them. Loria also sent me daily updates and pictures of her stay which was always a delight to receive. My kitty was very relaxed and happy when I picked her up! I would not go anywhere else now 5 star all round !! Thanks again for taking such good care of my darling cat

    Thank you so much to Loria for looking after our baby Chaise. He is a very shy and a nervous cat and we were a bit worried because it was the first time for Chaise in the new cattery. But we needn't have worried. When I dropped Chaise off, I knew Loria was going to take good care of him. Loria is such a lovely lady. She is so so calm and loving, Chaise settled in really quickly. We received email updates from Loria telling us what Chaise had been doing and pics of Chaise every day. My husband and I were thrilled to read them and see pics of Chaise playing. I have already booked the cattery for my next break. The suites are beautiful and clean. Thank you ever so much Loria.
