Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Luton is situated in a quiet cul de sac in Stopsley, Luton close to the Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire border. Luton Airport is just 7 minutes away. Longcroft Luton is fully licensed, with 6 luxurious temperature controlled suites. Aly offers round-the-clock attention and care with plenty of play sessions, grooming and cuddles, paired with state-of-the-art building materials, to ensure that your cat has as good a holiday as you! A cat and human chauffeur service is available on request for customers requiring pick up and drop off at London Luton airport.

    Aly was inspired to open a Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel after experiencing the high level of service available at Longcroft for her own beloved British Shorthair cats, Tilly and Roxie.

    "I can’t tell you the relief and reassurance we felt at finally finding somewhere we were happy to leave our precious girls whilst we went on holiday. We still missed them like crazy but we absolutely knew they were being loved and looked after in the lap of luxury.

    I am delighted to now be able to offer the same high level of service and care to my very own Longcroft guests, a real ‘home from home’ environment that enables their owners to go away guilt-free and really enjoy their holiday.     Thomas had a lovely first experience staying in a cattery. As it was his first time we were nervous about leaving him but the Longcroft offer a high standard of comfort and service you can rest assured your feline baby will be well looked after. Aly was very friendly, responsive and accommodating when we had to make a short notice change to the dates. Checking in at the start of the cold weather period, it was reassuring to see the accommodation was heated and has a section to close during the night to keep the warmth in. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and secure. Aly sent regular updates with photos which allowed us to feel relaxed knowing Thomas was being well cared for and happy. It was clear Thomas had a lovely time and had been well looked after and a lovely gesture to receive a bag of treats and goodies. Highly recommend.

    My two Ragdoll’s have just had their first holiday with Aly, I cannot thank Aly enough for caring for them! They both had the best time, came home very happy and content. It was very clear that they both had lots of fuss, love and cuddles from Aly. As a first time cat owner and their first time away, the picture messages of them both exploring and saying how they were really helped me know they were in safe hands. I have no hesitation of recommending Aly at all.

    I Cant recommend Longcroft Luton enough! Alison had our Sphynx Margo for a week. The Cat hotel is beautifully designed, plenty of space, toys and comforts. Alison sent us regular updates and photos of Margo, which really reassured us she was happy, having a wonderful time and being spoilt. Wouldn't go anywhere else now! =)

    My cat had a recent stay at Longcroft luxury cat hotel which was amazing. I felt very happy to leave him there, I was comforted daily with updates and photos that showed him safe and most importantly happy. This meant I was able to go on my holiday with peace of mind. Aly was very informative and accommodating to my cats needs and kept him to a the standard he is use to at home! Thank you very much i will certainly be using Aly and her services again.

    Thank you - the furry fiends were so well looked after they didn't want to come home. One burrowed deeper under the warm blankets by the radiator and the other took the 'if I don't make eye contact you won't see me' approach - just the welcome you want from your beloved pets after 2 weeks away! Both thrived under the care and attention (and treats) given and my guilt at leaving them was minimal for once. They've already asked if they can go back again (or at least I think that was what the banging on was about...?!).

    Dobby and Miraz love spending their holidays at Longcroft, they wouldn't go anywhere else. They even keep in touch with us by sending regular updates and selfies.They love playing with Aly everyday, their favourite human friend, and get spoilt rotten by her. They even get a little goody bag to come home with. It's a real home from home ...They highly recommend Longcroft, it's worth every penny...Thank you Aly for looking after us so well.     Honey’s stay was very relaxing, Aly took such good care of her, sending regular updates of what Honey was doing.     We left Sugar and Spice in Aly's care for a week. We were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the care that Aly clearly gave to them both. It was great to receive daily updates and photos from Aly.Will definitely be using the Hotel again knowing that our two will be so well looked after.

    Aly looked after my 19 year old cat in July 2019 and I really cannot recommend her enough. She really pampers and looks after the cats in her care and I was really pleased at how quickly Cassie made herself at home in her luxury home for the week. Aly really does look after all the cats in her care as if they were her own and when I picked Cassie up I could tell that she had also had a lovely relaxing holiday herself as well as I had. I would definitely highly recommend Aly at Longcroft, Luton. So would Cassie 😺❤️

    Jess had never stayed away from home before as we were lucky to have neighbours who were happy to look after her.....but obviously when we were in the process of moving house we needed to find a suitable place for our elderly best friend to stay. Aly at Longcroft Luton should be called 'The Cat Whisperer' she is absolutely wonderful at putting her guests and their owners at ease. Cannot praise her and the cat hotel highly enough......absolutely 5 star facilities and customer service, Aly cares for her guests as if they were all her own precious cats - and her added touch of keeping in touch via WhatsApp etc., is always much appreciated. We will have no hesitation in leaving Jess with Aly when we next go away on holiday.

    Amazing place for our fur babies! I can't praise Aly enough for her love and care of my cats Henry and Purdie. They love Aly and their spacious room is wonderful. I've used a few other catteries in the past, which were nice, but not like Longcroft and the care of lovely Aly. I won't go anywhere else now!

    I was a bit nervous about leaving my cat for 6 nights....he loved it! he didn't want to come home.The booking process was easy, Aly made sure she understood Basil's needs, what he likes and dislikes. when I dropped Basil off, Aly spent quite a bit of time making sure Basil was settled in and showed me around.I loved the regular updates and pictures of how Basil was getting on. I cannot recommend Aly enough, I will definitely book again!Thanks Aly :)

    Our cat enjoyed his first holiday with Aly in May 2019. She clearly loves cats and is very attentive to them. She did an excellent job of caring for his needs being a long haired cat. He settled in beautifully and was relaxed and very content when he came back home. It was really lovely to receive his 'holiday photos' while we were away too which provided the extra reassurance that he had settled in well. We will definitely be using Aly again for his next holiday.

    This was the first time I’d ever left my cat with anyone for such a long period of time (10 days, may not seem long but felt like an absolute life time). Aly was so welcoming with showing me around and all the cats I got to meet whilst at the viewing really put me at ease just seeing how comfortable they seemed. I was really anxious after leaving Tobias but as soon as Aly sent over an update of him including a picture, every worry I had faded away. Over the course of his holiday, she continued to send over little snaps that really brightened our day as we could see he was also have a great time on his own little vacation. Aly even held a little Easter egg hunt for the cats that were staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and know where I’d be leaving Tobias the next time I’m away. Thanks so much Aly for taking care of my little bubba !!

    Fantastic, clean and modern facilities. From the moment we met Aly we knew our beloved Romeo would be in great hands! She was amazing with him and the almost daily picture updates we received were greatly appreciated. The Easter treat box she made for him was simply wonderful. We will definitely use Aly again.

    We had such a positive experience with Aly and Longcroft Luton. We usually only ever leave our fur babies with friends and family so when we were unable to find anyone to look after them while we were away we were really anxious about the thought of leaving them in a cattery, especially over Christmas. After reading such positive reviews about Longcroft I contacted them and was put in touch with Aly. It was quite last minute so were extremely lucky to be offered a suite for our two boys. That being said, Aly let us take the time we needed to consider our options and also provided much reassurance. Ally even offered for us to visit her and the facilities in advance before we committed, which we really appreciated. We were super impressed with Longcroft when it came time to check-in - the suite was warm and comfortable. We opted for the standard package as our two have specific food - which was no problem at all for Aly. We also received regular photo updates which was super reassuring! And when it was time to come home, Aly organised for them to be dropped home in their own car! We would definitely recommend Ally and Longcroft Luton for anyone who wants to know their pets are safe and secure. We'll definitely be using again.

    We left our boy Wilson in February for a week. The hotel is exceptional clean, and Ali certainly has lots of time for not only for the cats, but also for the owners. Wilson is looking forward to his return in the summer.

    We left our cat here for just over two weeks, and were very happy with everything. Aly is a dedicated and professional host who obviously loves cats. She sent us frequent photos of Sapphy to reassure us that she was safe and happy, and even put together Easter baskets for her furry guests, with treats and toys. Highly recommended.

    My older girl spent just over 2 weeks with Ali in July, and we were so happy with the service! The suites are big, clean, and secure. My cat requires daily medication, which was no problem at Longcroft, and Ali sent us regular updates. My cat was happy and comfortable when we went to pick her up, and clearly had a great holiday! I would 100% recommend Longcroft Luton.

    Longcroft Luton is truly a cats’ sanctuary located in a quiet spot in a lusciously green garden. Our Molly spent a week there and we were certain that Aly would take good care of her. She was absolutely amazing looking after our little princess and sent us regular WhatsApp updates which was greatly appreciated. We think, Molly cannot wait to go back!

    For the first time I had to leave my baby for 3 weeks. Aly was simply amazing, the best and Ripley could not have been in better hands. The love and care he got was as if he was at home. He had a spacious suite, and Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel is truly the only way to describe the amazing place and experience. Absolutely no doubt about leaving Ripley with Aly again and he even had a goody bag when he left......amazing and the best 😻

    I couldn't have wished for a better place for my cat Snowy to stay while I went on holiday. Lovely, large airy suite and Aly took such good care of him - pampered, in fact! And every evening Aly sent me pictures of my little man so I was reassured he was happy and well.

    A great place and Aly is brilliant. Provided me with regular updates and photos of my cat who was well looked after. The goodie bag of treats for my cat when she left was a added bonus. Would recommend to anyone who is anxious about where to leave there cat when going away. The facilities are perfect and Aly clearly loves her job and loves cats. Fantastic!

    If you need a cattery this is the cream of the crop. First class accommodation for your furry friend and lots of care and attention by Aly who leaves no stone unturned to ensure a good experience.     Ally had my Dijon, Archie and Loui for 8 days, and I felt confident on leaving them under her care, as Archie needed medication every other day; the Hotel is really something special, the surroundings are lovely and luxurious just the way my three babies have at home.. it was perfect, couldn’t ask for more really.., and we already planning our next holiday and soon we will be booking with Ally again.., Ally will keep you updated every day with pictures and a short story how their day been.. sincerely I highly recommend Ally and her fabulous Hotel!!!     Our senior cat, Margo, had the best of stays at this wonderful Luxury Cat Hotel whilst we were away getting married. Aly genuinely loves each cat who stays with her and she treats them like royalty; pampering, cuddles, playing and lots of love and affection. Even hand-fed our princess prawns from the Al La Cat Menu to join in our wedding celebrations. We'll never use anywhere else and would recommend Aly and her beautiful hotel to any feline owner.

    Our little man Bear had the holiday he deserved when staying with Ally for 5 days, this is the first time we have left him and we were so happy to receive daily up dates of our baby, I can't tell you how those pics and small texts of what Bear had been up to made our holiday a lot easier.     Our 1 year old British shorthair had a wonderful stay with Ally! She was very welcoming and sent us regular updates with pictures so we knew he was having fun on his holiday too! His suite was very clean and well kept and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

    I can't recommend highly enough. Both me and the cats were anxious about their stay away from home. Aly reassured me & welcomed my cats with love so I knew they were in the right place. The daily messages and photos helped enormously and now I have my go to place every time I need them to be looked after.

    My British long hair stayed with Ally for two weeks in December 2017 and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a cattery. Don't think twice once you find this place, the ratings speak for themselves. Upgraded Chewbacca so that he could enjoy his bed time milk and a la cat menu which he loved as I was able to see through the pictures and videos sent to my via WhatsApp regularly. Couldn't ask for more, as I was guided through the whole process with ease and patience from start to finish. Thank you once again Longcroft!

    There aren’t enough words to describe how good Longcroft Luton Cat Hotel really is. I have to start with Aly, she is so loving and caring and you can see how much she loves her job and all the cats that are in her care. The home for all the cats outside is a beautifully constructed building that is maintained to the highest of standards. I have never seen a place so clean and well maintained and it puts you right at ease when you get there and know your cat will be well looked after! The best things about the whole experience is that Aly kept us up to date with pictures to make sure we knew our cat was settling in and enjoying herself. I can’t recommend Aly and Longcroft Luton enough. If you want a safe, secure place for your cat to stay, look no further than this establishment!!

    George, our Scottish Fold cat, stayed at Longcroft Luton for the first time for two weeks last month and he was clearly looked after very well in his luxury holiday home. The quality of accommodation was excellent as was the care he received from Aly and staff including food and personal care and time spent talking, playing and cuddling with George. George was clearly happy with his stay as were we and he will return here now that we have found Aly and Longcroft.We also received regular text photos/updates which was a very welcome and reassuring.

    A big thank you to Alison at The Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Luton.We have had problems at other catteries where our cat would not settle and in one case we had to collect him early as he had stopped eating and drinking.The Longcroft at Luton is like nothing else we have been to.Everywhere is so clean and the rooms are light, spacious and very well kept.Alison updated us throughout our holiday with photos and comments on how our cat was doing.Nothing was too much trouble and we would now not take him anywhere else.I cannot recommend The Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Luton highly enough.Thank you once again Alison.

    I have a little Bengal and was so worried about putting her in a cattery as she has a wild streak and hates being locked away. I then found Longcroft and what an amazing place is it. The rooms are huge, they have plenty of space to play and a separate area with a cuddly bed and heating. Aly was so welcoming and has so much love for the cats she looks after. Our Bengal was more than happy spending 2 weeks there and we got constant updates and photos sent to us. I won't use anywhere else now. Thanks Longcroft x

    This is the first time I've left my little Kinski at a cattery so I was quite apprehensive, especially as it was a turbulent time for both of us and a last minute booking. However the second I arrived I knew he would be in safe hands, Aly is extremely welcoming and you can tell just how much she loves our furry friends. A beautiful setting, with lovely rooms and great stimulation I felt like I could sleep there too. The part I liked most about my cats stay was the frequent updates with pictures of how Kinski was getting on, being a sickly cat it was great to know he was well and being managed just as I had requested. Aly certainly goes above and beyond, helping give advice about settling in to a new home and making sure kinski wasn't forgotten by the Easter bunny during his stay. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for someone and somewhere who won't just care for your cat but for you too. He's already back there now for his second stay and I feel so happy knowing he's having lots of fun!

    Our boy Pacquiao had a really nice holiday in Longcraft Luton! We were really concern about how he will be treated while we were away to travel, so choosing the best hotel for Pacquiao is a really big deal for us. Longcraft Luton won't disappoint any cat's owner, either environment, service or location are purrrfect! Hotel have a beautiful, natural and clean environment. Aly is a superb nice and kind hostess, she sent nice photos of Pacquiao everyday through whatsapp to us, which did definitely healed our hard feeling for missing our beloved cat. If you want your cat to be welly treated, and have a bravo holiday as you do, we will recommend Longcraft Luton FOR SURE.
