The Best Businesswomen Awards announced their winners for 2024 at a Gala Awards evening held at the Hilton Syon Park, London on Friday 12th October. Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Founding Director Abi Purser was delighted to receive two Silver Awards – in ‘Best Businesswoman in Animal Services’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ categories.
This prestigious competition seeks to find the very best female business talent from across the UK. Longcroft is the UK’s only luxury cat hotel group and continues to go from strength to strength. Despite a challenging economic climate, the innovation, flair and passion of female entrepreneurs shone through at the Awards. All winners, selected by a panel of business experts, demonstrated their business acumen, tenacity and courage. The Best Businesswomen Awards are designed to recognise the achievement of female owned businesses and charities across a wide range of business categories and are open to any female business owners.
Debbie Gilbert, the organiser of The Best Businesswomen Awards, said, ‘This is the 10th Year of the awards, and we have recognised over 1000 women since we launched in 2015 across a huge range of industry sectors. The selection process is rigorous and to be one of our winners is a major achievement. The judges make their selections based on business expertise, innovation, and high levels of customer care. Our winners are shining examples of outstanding entrepreneurs who have proved their success to our judges and have shown they have the results worthy of being recognised and rewarded.”
Abi Purser said: “We were thrilled to be part of the prestigious Best Businesswoman Awards and took part in an incredible evening to mark their 10th Anniversary. I felt hugely honoured to have Longcroft nominated alongside so many worthy and inspiring female led businesses from around the country. Thank you to the Best Businesswoman Awards for recognising Longcroft’s success as a business to date and our continual aspiration and drive to improve standards in the feline care sector.”
